    Originally I was shipped a generation 1 and not the gen 2 I requested. I sent it back with a note explaining the reason. Needed to wait for the refund which did not take too long. Reordered another one with a note explaining that I hope they send the right one, which they did. They actually sent two out. Returned the 2nd one. Overall I was very satisfied with their service and communication except for the original mistake. The screen worked great and would order from them again.

    Reliable, honest, customer-first seller! We purchased two of these batteries from the seller (having purchased batteries other years). Battery power was fine. But had trouble with both batteries as iPhones would quickly go into shutdown mode for overheating whenever plugged in. Seller quickly sent a replacement, but it triggered the same issue. I did not ask for a refund (as we could still use the iPhones - just not while they are plugged in). However, seller issued a refund.
