    Thanks. I sent the parcel one day after the order was placed. There was clearly an exceptional problem during transit at the airport, but as soon as this was noticed, the parcel was delivered to you within two days. I certainly wasn't the cause of this delay.

    Thank you for your patience. I shipped the package the same day as the order, unfortunately I have no influence on the time it takes the local and foreign post office to transport the package, especially around Christmas.
