Purchased 2 makeup compacts, charged double for shipping $28.00. Immediately canceled order, told I had to wait 5 days for response which at that time seller declined cancelation. Shipment went out 2 days later. Requested ship receipt, no response. Got package 2 weeks later, took it down to see how much ship was $14.00. Requested refund for ship over charge from seller, no response. Buyer responsible for return ship also. My advise if in situation, Immediately cancel charge on credit card.

I’m in Canada, freight is charged exact shipping & tracking and two dollars for insurance which is full coverage if loss or damage which covers all items and I also use a courier service, which packs and ships and also broker fees are included then you have to pay no customs fees, when u check out exactly what you are charged is what it is stated there before you hit the purchase button it tells you exactly only fees that are incurred so and that’s why you got your item so fast it’s very clear.

Disgusting!
I am a long time buyer on eBay and this is the SECOND time an item in my cart has been PURCHASED without me selecting CONFIRM PAYMENT. When I contacted the seller to cancel this order I DID NOT PLACE they said they had shipped it immediately. Which was impossible because I contacted them immediately!!! I WILL NOT RECEIVE PACKAGE. Return to SCAMMER SELLER!
Ebay did nothing to help! Over 10 years I’ve been with eBay.
A disgrace!!!
