Very good service from Serious Readers. The lamp arrived quickly and well packaged. It was also in virtually “as new” condition. I had a small complication because I found a small part was missing after using the lamp for a couple of days. I contacted Serious Readers and they sent out the missing part the next day without any hesitation. So as I said above, very good service indeed.
