Useless, 3 times I've used this seller and twice the item has so called been lost by the courier. However when you track the item the item never even made it to the courier company. You hen have to wait for eBay to step in before their customer service team respond and they are forced to refund you. Very frustrating. If they haven't got stock or they have sold oil too cheaply on a deal to send they should be honest and cancel the sale rather than wasting everyone's time
