A really tidy, neat and strong looking padlock, that can can be operated single handedly if necessary. Mine was slightly stiff when it arrived but it quickly became slick to open and close after a couple of day’s use. Out of the box, mine was set so that the key could not be removed until it was properly locked, a feature I particularly like. But this can be quickly and easily changed if required and there are YouTube videos to show you how. The antidote to the lock picking laywer
If you have seen the Lockpicking Lawyer on YouTube, you'll think again about padlock security. I actually purchased an ebay lock picking kit and picked 3 of 4 big brand padlocks in my household within 2 minutes. This padlock is part of the upgrade !

Best padlock around
I purchased this lock to protect my garden shed against theft. Previously I had tried other more well known makes which were supposed to be outdoor locks and which had both rusted up after quite a short time and proved very difficult to open. The Abus with better engineering has not only been waterproof but has deterred burglars seen on CCTV camera at night- took one look st this padlock and walked away! Now there's a recommendation!I purchased this lock to protect my garden shed against theft. Not what i expect
On winter without snow or rain,that lock get frosted and key cant get inside of lock,good i dont use it on my bike chain on work , but on gates,,i throw some hot water n oppened it,,lock is very light and dont look strong,,it get scratches very fast, and spring is not enough strong to push the locker off when i oppen it..i think is overpriced
