However at the moment of posting including packing weights 19kg. When parcel arrives, of course can tell the difference between 25kg and less than 19kg. Shop owner straight away rude and aggressive. Not willing to do anything, saying my mistake to buy it. Well after all had to raise the problem to Pay Pal.
