I've given positive feed back because when the bike arrived it was exactly what I ordered in excellent condition and very good value for money. However the service provided wasn't good. I bought the bike on 5th May it was despatched on the 10th May and arrived on 20th May. I sent 2 queries regarding the delivery during that time and got no replies.
