Fraudulent, dishonest, very shady seller. In all of the years I have purchased things online, I've never encountered such an crooked seller. Item was wrong color, not new as described, smashed into the tiniest of boxes. Much back and forth, she gave me a sob story about her employee. I generously offered to just keep the substandard item for half of the cost to avoid the ship hassle but she got really nasty after she couldn't swindle me. I'm just done, donating the item, lesson learned. BEWARE

Buyer did not like the color of the jacket. I told her we take FREE refunds, she did not want to return the jacket, SHE WANTED FREE MONEY AND TO KEEP THE JACKET. Even though she sells on ebay she said she had no box, tape, or label. I offered to send her a box, tape and a label. She then said she didn't have a safe place to leave the box for usps to pick up the item. Excuse after excuse of why she couldn't ship it back and demanded half the cost or she would leave negative feedback.
