This implement to open jars is a bit hit and miss. It could do with rubber on the inside grippers to hold the lid of a jar sturdy, now it often slides of the lid and causes scrapes and the metal dust comes off. But in the end it will open the lid and is easier for people with arthritis in their hands to open something. Good idea but needs some refinement.

Vendor was quite helpful when I asked to return. The package hadn't been opened and I was hoping for a refund, and accepted I would have to pay postage. Rather disappointed to be offered less than 50% of the purchase price when the item could immediatelly be offered for sale again with no hassle. Still no word whether he wants the item returned. Would be a shame to put it in the dustbin!

He offered a partial refund of £1.99 but I said I wanted the pink nightie and was happy to return the grey one , seller then offered a partial refund of £0.99p .
