About this product

Product Information

Regrown is a beginner's guide to growing fruit and vegetables from kitchen scraps. With a focus on repurposing produce found in any supermarket, it shows how to regenerate, propagate and give new life to cuttings otherwise bound for the waste bin. Ranging from fruits and herbs that will sprout in a matter of days, to vegetables that will delight in later seasons, this easy-to-follow book includes everything from carrot tops and mushroom stalks to ginger, avocado and even pineapple. Paul and Robin guide budding gardeners through the process of reusing items to grow plants that are every bit as delicious as their first incarnations. What's more, all you need is a jar and a tapful of water, before letting nature do its thing.

CAUTION: ‘New’ book bought as a gift arrived in poor condition. Scratches and fading on the front cover that made me think it had been on a shelf for a long time. Unconvinced this happened en route, as the seller suggested when I contacted them. They offered me a return, but when I explained this wasn’t an option due to short timeframe to give gift, they stopped responding. I had assumed considering the circumstances they would offer a partial (or even full) refund but was met with silence.

I had as of yet had a chance to respond to your decline of a free return it is not possible to gift books to customers. The Book was brand new from the publishers box, sent to you in a heavy duty solid cardboard envelope designed specifically for books.
