I was able to line up the holes barely, and put in the screws which held in the cover. Maybe if it was for a Gibson it would. The vinyl material is great. Very smooth, and doesn’t stick up. Logo is also accurate. Only flaw I would say is the bottom right corner seemed scratched up or filed rough. Fast shipping
