My ceramic tree arrived severely damaged due to the seller did not pack it properly for shipment. The sellers handling of the situation was poor, she did not have an understanding of the procedure that should have been followed. And, when I advised her it is the sellers responsibility to handle the insurance claim, she was rude to me. Unfortunately, I had to escalate to eBay. eBay, on the other hand handled the situation professionally and very quickly.

Nobody smokes in my household!! My bra inventory is stored in my office closet in a huge plastic tote. So I am not sure why you would be smelling cigarette smoke?
