I ordered a pack of 2 frogs, both were smashed when they arrived, I sent photos and I was offered a 50% refund. I said I want 2 more sent and was offered a 70% refund. I said I wanted 2 more frogs sent as they were part of a gift. 2 more frogs were sent and 1 had no front leg and no broken piece was in the packaging which means it was sent to me already broken. I have told the seller and still no reply. Am very, very disappointed and recommend you don't buy from this company.

The wiring loom packaging was damaged while in the Evri warehouse and was then sent back to the supplier. I then had to contact the seller to find out what was going on as I could not get hold of a human operator to find out what the problem was. When I contacted the seller about it they sent a second one which arrived the next day. % stars for the seller. no stars for Evri.
