    never received the packet could not track it sender was not very helpful no full tracking information sent and justifier why it cost £65 to ship to London the packet was to come with parcel force but was switched to ups with out any notice could not get any reply from the sender the sender said it got lost and was my reasonability does not sound wright to me ebay refunded me as the sender could not get his act together on the shipping docs

    Hi your comments are very unfare, you had a full refund from myself, not instructed by Ebay. You changed the delivery address from that on your ebay account, which is suspicious. I changed to UPS (payed more) as Parcelforce had issues with deliveries. You had notification sent to your email from the courier. On investigation, the driver who delivered your parcel suddenly no longer worked for UPS. For me no helicopter, no money but you got full refund. SO how have you been inconveninced?
