A slight error in terms of what I had ordered, which given the date supplied I would have hoped to be picked up before the engraving was completed. Evidently because of time and computerisation, these things can’t be picked up!! However, apart from incurring an extra cost to get it rectified, the service was faultless. Facility to supply a gift card with order would be useful.
