I rated positive because the sand looks lovely in my aquarium seller communication isn't very good I received the sand and the bag was busted so sand was poring out of the cardboard box probably not the sellers voult it could have got damaged in transit I did let the seller know but she's ignored my message I have contacted her before with various questions about my order but she's really bad at answering if a seller wants to keep a buyer this is not the right way to go

I received several messages on a Sunday, I explained that I don't always reply on a Sunday as I like to have at least 1 day off. I replied to all messages. I have not ignored any messages, they have all been answered, not immediately, but they've been answered and the issue with the spilt sand has been resolved. I'm sorry I was not at this buyers beck and call 24 hours a day.

My fish tank looks amazing now. The delivery was a joke though. I did a click and collect and the shop hadn’t updated the parcel so it was sat there for 4 days but that is not the sellers issue but wanted to make them aware. Well worth the money and would buy from them again when needed. Thank you
