    Heavy going, brutally honest human interaction.

    The subject matter is brutally honest. Can be a bit heavy to absorb the detail if you expect a 'how to succeed' type manual. Just a shame my book had a different cover picture.

    Not as per the picture

    I could have purchased this from many different places but the picture that was shown was of a very nice, deceptive cover. That was not what I received. Obviously the contents of the book were the same as what I wanted (hence two stars) but I don’t know why you would put this picture up if this isn’t the cover that someone will receive. It’s false advertising
