I ordered 5pcs, 1 of their "5 pack", but only 1 piece was sent.
The advert showed a hanging loop and none was fitted on what I was sent.
I ordered the shaped bamboo back scratcher shown in their advert but was sent a very boring straight and flat one.
Contacting the vendor with these issues 3 times brought the same response, that I ordered only 1 piece. But I pointed out each time that they offered a "5 pack" with "5 pcs" for the price. They have never responded on the other issues.

The description of this item was very misleading. The fake lemons I received were not the size of actual lemons as in 90% of the images but were the size of grapes. While I appreciate the full refund I received after complaining, it's frustrating to think that I need to scrutinize the fine print for every £5 item I purchase. This isn't just an issue on eBay; a similar thing happened to me years ago with Argos, a national corporate retailer.
