The rod was poorly packaged and not labelled fragile. It was delivered broken. The seller took two days to reply to messages. When posted and sent confirmation I received a reply within an hour. Seller received the item via parcel force and says later I have still not received my refund. I would not recommend to ebayers. I am a long term user and this is poor and unsatisfactory.

Exactly as described, well pleased about the item .. however received from Courier with one end of the bag cut open exposing the box inside .. would seriously doubt it left the seller in this condition, also looked like the inner box had been re-sellotaped back up .. would suggest a rethink on using this Courier again (ps: the driver who delivered it was very apologetic, but it wasn't his fault, probably happened at the distribution depot)

    Fantastic product

    I use this as a patch repair and filler and found it the best one i have ever used. I am not a plasterer but found Its easy to apply, dries quickly and is very easy to sand. This is the fourth time i have bought this product and would highly recommend it, better that any filler I have used.

    Ideal for small repairs

    An excellent product mixed to just the right consistency. Not too sandy and fills to a good smooth finish. Easily sandable if required. When used on an 1" wide by 2" deep crack, it didn't slump or shrink and was touchdry in about 4hrs. Left for 24hrs and gently sanded it was ready for painting and left no signs of repairs. Would recommend.

    Fills those holes a treat not easy spread as alot falls of

    Did a great job repairing damage to a plasterboard wall

    We knew this was good as a neighbour had a small amount left and passed it on. We ordered a new pot to finish the job and it did a fantastic job We were able to repair the damage to the plasterboard created by someone bringing in furniture and accidentally pushing the castors through the wall.

    Easy and quick

    This product is easy to work with and the fact that it dries slowly means I had plenty of time to experiment and correct mistakes. At sixty-one years of age this is the first time I have tried any sort of plastering. I only had a small area to do, which obviously helps, but I got on well and the result was not something that I had to be embarrassed about. I would certainly use this product again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
