Quick delivery. Fair postage costs. Unfortunately dress had a manufacturing defect. Transpires seller was aware of this, however, did not advise in auction description. Prompt communication, but would not consider a return & instead wanted a case opened with Ebay. Refund eventually received via this route. Pity it couldn't have been sorted amicably. Customer care lacking.
