Bag okay but asked to combine postage as bought another item, seller said bag had already been sent. Bag also used and not ‘new with defects’. This was not true as items sent together, squashed into a small package in a bin bag. I paid nearly £13 postage, asked seller for a partial refund given actual cost but no response. Will not buy from this person again, awful service and dishonest seller.

Slow to send. Luckily the bag was not damaged but I've never experienced such poor packaging in my life. I'm surprised the post office accepted it. The bag was folded in on itself inside a bin bag that sellotape wound round it. Would not recommend this seller.
