The rod was poorly packaged and not labelled fragile. It was delivered broken. The seller took two days to reply to messages. When posted and sent confirmation I received a reply within an hour. Seller received the item via parcel force and says later I have still not received my refund. I would not recommend to ebayers. I am a long term user and this is poor and unsatisfactory.

Good quality product and good value too.
I have had this product for about two weeks and it has solved my problem of burning dead wood and garden prunings that won’t compost. Strongly made, easy to move, takes up little space. It lights easily and burns down to a fine ash which I use back onto the garden. Pleased I chose this model. It is much less obtrusive than a bonfire and I try to limit its use to one hour in the late afternoon.I have had this product for about two weeks and it has solved my problem of burning dead wood and garden prunings that won’t compost. Good burn but parts substandard
Reduced a very large pile of garden Bush cutting to a very small amount of ash. It burnt exceeding well. However when I came to assemble feet two of the nuts had no thread cut inside them so had to root about in garage to find nuts to fit
