The rod was poorly packaged and not labelled fragile. It was delivered broken. The seller took two days to reply to messages. When posted and sent confirmation I received a reply within an hour. Seller received the item via parcel force and says later I have still not received my refund. I would not recommend to ebayers. I am a long term user and this is poor and unsatisfactory.

One of the best tools I’ve bought
This is a great hoover. It’s one of those pieces of machinery that is well made and has been well thought out. It’s been designed with the user in mind. It’s got a hoover and a blower function which is good for clearing the tube if it gets blocked. Used it for hoovering up 100 year’s of dust and debris in a loft. No problems with it. Worth having two filters so can be used whilst the other one is being cleaned out to allow continuous use. I haven’t used the tool attachment yet for dust but I am sure that works fine. It’s easy to clean the filter has a long hose and flex and even has a socket for another appliance on the body of it. One of the best tools I’ve bought.This is a great hoover.
