I bought this for my daughter and grandson. She said it arrived with a crack or cracks that were not listed in the description. Could have happened during shipment. I asked my daughter to send pictures so I could look into possible refund or something, but she indicated it was usable as is, and was not concerned about it. I tend to believe the seller was honest and the damage occurred during shipment hence the neutral rating.
