The rod was poorly packaged and not labelled fragile. It was delivered broken. The seller took two days to reply to messages. When posted and sent confirmation I received a reply within an hour. Seller received the item via parcel force and says later I have still not received my refund. I would not recommend to ebayers. I am a long term user and this is poor and unsatisfactory.

Great taste AND low calorie !
I chose this because it’s a low calorie alternative to other hot chocolates. I’m extremely happy with it as it is just as good or better than other high calorie drinks. No loss of chocolaty flavour at all.
