Speed slowed down to so slow couldn't load an image... No tool to access the SIM card slot provided

As per the product description, the Sim has a high-speed 1GB limit per day. After this limit is reached, the speed will slow down until the next day. We checked the usage and found that for the first three days, the 1GB daily limit was exceeded, causing the speed reduction until the following day. Additionally, we responded to queries but did not receive any further replies to resolve any issue together.
