Low quality products are labels with genuine HP labels and sold at high price. If you have no way of verifying what you are getting, then stay away. The seller tried to convince me that “these hard disks fit the server” dismissing the fact that I bought professional spec disks and he shipped entry level disks that are labeled as professional specification.
Everything looks genuine and new, but the actual product is totally a different product. (look at photo)
He accepted to return them(20pcs).

heatsink arrive with many fins bent to the point of not allowing air thru. spent an hour or so shimming and bending the fins back. this seller does not understand the delicate part he is shipping and the fact that it needs structure shell inside of bubble wrap. it should have been cardboard and taped then wrapped, each fin is just thin 0.2-0.4mm aluminum. i will never use this vendor from china again. this was a high performance heat sink for dell servers, i don't know how well it will work now.
