Good item, good price, VERY badly packaged, item was broken on arrival, item was supposed to be boxed- box was flat-packed and wrapped around the item -thus useless to a collector. It can take days to reply to messages (I messaged the day it arrived and waited 3 days for a reply) and then their first response on hearing it was broken was 'fix with glue'. Refused to let me return item for full refund when I requested that, eventually I felt forced to accept the 50% refund offered. NOT recommended
