      Very cheap, decent quality

      At only a fiver, I wasn’t expecting anything good, but this chest expander is very useful. Really feel the burn when using this. Springs are very small so not sure how long it will last before they start deforming. Overall great for price.

      Lightweight with great features

      I haven't used enough time to make final conclusion. for me is too strong, I reduce strings from 5 to 2 and still strong, because I'm not sure about quality I'm worry it will brake. I couldn't' recommend it because of not enough time to be sure about quality, but value is good already.

      SPRINGS NOT LONG ENOUGH

      The springs are not long enough. It's impossible to pull all 5 springs to arms fully stretched position. I can achieve this with 2 springs but because they end up over-extended, they distort. The springs should be about 10-15 cms longer to enable full extension workout and to avoid distortion.
