    Seller shipped cassettes with minimal packaging; brown paper and no bubble wrap. Of the 48 tapes ordered, 15 arrived damaged. I reached out to the Seller to see if we could work out a partial refund and upon sending pictures of the damage, the Seller was dismissive and offered a laughably small amount back. I use these cassettes professionally and have never dealt with such an unprofessional Seller of these tapes. I will be buying elsewhere and so should you.

    Buyer confirmed he had some cracked cases, asked for a partial refund and I refunded the exact amount he requested. He has no grounds for complaining since I refunded the amount he requested.
