- the item will be delivered using DPD.

- the delivery will be made with Pallet Ways or Panther.

FAULTY RETURN POLICY

Any faults related to the purchased item, that are not object of warranty ( I.e. damages during delivery, defective item etc.), should be addressed to us in 72 hours since you have received it. We will not be able to honour a refund/replacement for this matter afterwards.

When returning the item, please make sure its packed properly it its original box and it has all the components and parts as well. If any of the components are missing or you fail to pack it in its original box, a penalty fee up to 50% of the item price will be issued and needs to paid to receive a replacement. If you choose a refund the penalty fee will be deducted from the full refund amount.

Smart oven delight
Large interior space considering overall dimensions. Does all cooking modes well and combination is excellent, programming is a bit laborious but should get easier to remember. So far very pleased.

Top Quality
This combination microwave has more features than my old model, I like the swing down door and the build quality. I am mainly interested in re-heating leftovers and this microwave does that well, the grill and oven features I've yet to use but I would be happy to recommend this machine.

Not good start.
I had return this item as it appeared to have been dropped in transit. The side bulged out and it did not stand level. At first we thought the kitchen fitter had not made to worktop level! Out came the spirit level, we then noticed the damage to the item. Reordered another one so please see my comments on that one below. Lovely microwave. Love the blue readout, matches my kettle! Looks good as well. Found the instruction book a bit difficult at first but soon got to work machine without it. It refers to the oven, I thought that was the convection part but they call that the convection oven. To me the micro bit should be called 'microwave' and the convection should be the 'oven'. This allows you to use a big dish that wouldn't rotate for browning something like cauliflower cheese. Sensor cooking is good but on my old combi (23 yrs old ) you had the option to use a more or less button which was very useful. Inside the door at the top it gives a guide for choosing the correct cooking code. Sadly this one has had to be returned as the turntable did not rotate smoothly and the door steamed up between the 2 door skins. Samsung engineer came out and looked at it and he told me that it needed a new motor plus a new door. As it was within 28 days decided to return it. Argos were excellent but they did not have anymore of this model left. So I ordered one from another company but again that is going back for the door steaming up between the two panels. Very disappointed as I really like the microwave. Shall I try a fourth?

like brand new. Still learning all the functions but so far so good. Much faster than a conventional oven. The only downside is there is not a proper recipe book with timing, unless I haven't found it yet.
