An item described as new on ad was delivered in used condition, with damage to battery, chassis, missing battery charger and with mud on tyres. However, seller communication was very good and they refunded an amount that reflected a used purchase. A decent Chinese seller, but as with anything Chinese, please minutely check the item description. In my case, the deleted battery charger from the description should have been a warning.
