One of the sensors didn’t connect and couldn’t get it to work. Very little confidence the product will work based on the very low quality. No real feedback in the devices and don’t react to actual smoke. Will probably just throw them away and buy something else

The customer never contacted us about there being an issue with their purchase before leaving feedback. We contacted them immediately after receiving this feedback to better understand the issues they were having. We offered a full refund or replacement for the item, but the customer declined. We assured the customer that these products are fully CE marked, Kitemarked and RoHS Compliant to all of the relevant standards, and would be in touch with the manufacturer directly.

I really appreciate this seller. The proof of a great ebay seller is how they react when there is a problem. The alarm gave a number of false positives, i.e sounded when there was no fire. I contacted the seller and they have agreed to replace it without argument. I hope that they get the same support from the manufacturer of the alarm, Kidde.
I've rated the item as 5 stars because it arrived quickly and was as described. I would definitely order from Safelincs again.

Not used these, kit even opened the podtsl pack, or the box to check, I keep getting annoying reminders from Ebay to leave feedback, some things take time, but here goes, thank you for a quick delivery, communication from this seller was excellent, he checked I got the correct part got after I sent in the regidtrstion, hence the reason for leaving feedback, I await the mobile mechanic who is going to got them . Thanks again.
