There has been a delay with the item, so I asked for an update; I had a delay message from Evri then never heard from them again. I asked seller politely for a replacement to be sent as this has clearly gone missing somewhere along the way. Very rude response from seller that it's "pointless" sending a replacement as delivery had been attempted (it hadn't at any point)... radio silence since. Bizarre behaviour all round and hopefully ebay will be able to sort my refund.
