Nice loaf tin. Very non-stick. Makes a good loaf with about 500g flour, 325ml water, yeast, tsp salt, tblsp honey. Knead 10 mins. Bowl, cover to rise about 1hr. Place in tin with lid on. Rise again about 30 mins. Bake about 30 mins at 220 degC. Use crust colour as a guide. This is just a guide.
