I ordered this item, nothing was heard for weeks. No reply from seller, a case was opened. Eventually seller told me they'd been away & eBay did not leave a message about it. eBay told me it is the responsibility of the seller. Seller told me to 'close the case' or they couldn't continue. Stupidly, I did. They promised my item had been sent. It has not. The case was closed so eBay did nothing. Contacted seller for refund, nothing heard from them. They now have £7.45 of my money. I have nothing.

Disappointing service . Ordered and paid on the 8th of August. I advised them that I needed it to take with me travelling. The listing gave an estimated delivery of 8-12th if August. They only dispatched it on the 19th . They used a poor courier that gave a tracking as having been delivered on the 23rd , supposedly through the letterbox, but they didn't and didn't provide any photos or evidence of delivery.

So the item originally was mispicked and sent to the wrong buyer, this was quickly rectified and sent to you. The item GPS tracking is delivered at your address, but you say you didn’t receive it, even though GPS and courier has sent us a photo of your door. Good try! EBay ruled in our favour hence the salty feedback!
