    have just hsd my fire installed am not very happy about it one of the bars does not light up properly tried to contact flavel over the phone what a waste of time

    Quality brand.

    I bought this for my 80 year old mother. Initially she had a bit of trouble lighting it as it is a little tricky for someone old but with a bit of practice she soon got the hang of it. Nice looking fire. Quality make.

    Gas fire

    I bought this fire online very dissatisfied when it arrived package was damaged fire was damaged but I managed to put it write it’s very cheap looking would not buy or recommend it’s very hard to light after numerous attempts to light you give up then sometimes it lights first time would not have this fire if it was given to me
