      Better than expected

      It's worth a few pounds to watch. I find movies that dont explain themselves rather tiresome and initial stages of this film are opaque to say the least. But as it progresses the main theme becomes clearer. It's well written and acted and very well edited but for me the main character is not all that sympathetic. There's are a few gay erotic sequences but I was left feeling perhaps as empty as the main character. I'd like to see more of the director's work. About me: not a movie buff but someone hoping to find gay characters in movies portrayed interestingly and avoiding stereotypes. Still looking!
