Switch the button and it sounded like someone talk ing under water but once I found out what I had to do all good battery excellent lasted for 2 days so I brought another hearing aid so one on charge while using the other one me I can listen to my music and use my hearing aid and it stays in your ear not like some traverling down the road and coming out so in all great hearing aid battery excellent very comfortable to wear
