Delivery:
Delivery of your order is normally 3-4 working days from receipt of your payment unless otherwise stated in the listing. Delivery is usually by Royal Mail 48 service, some items may need to be sent via a courier (72hr Service) and usually take an extra day to arrive, you will be notified of dispatch time and method of delivery via your eBay messages. Some services need to be signed for.
 
Please note delivery cost & times quoted are to UK Mainland only. Must be an Authorised Address. We are sorry but we are unable to deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses. No international delivery.
 
Dispatch Times:
All orders placed with us Monday to Thursday will usually be dispatched within 2 working days.

I cancelled my item then they said it wasn't the correct number when that was the only item I cancelled also the product is much smaller than I originally thought and very poor quality

Unfair feedback. You didn't cancel the order as the image you sent clearly shows. Each product has a unique Item ID number, the id number for the "BID" that you or the other seller cancelled is 225959712587. It's not our product, it says the "BID" was cancelled, it was an Auction. Our products are all Buy it Now sales. Our product ID is 305093451140, check the listing. We messaged and explained this, we also said if you had changed your mind about the product you could send it back for a refund.

    Bought this to put my grandaughters tablet in.It is ideal and has got pockets to put other things in keeps car nice and tidy

    It would be better if it had ties round the bottom to attach to the seat in front as it hangs freely at the moment and gets in the way of the children getting in and out of the car
