    I wasn’t going to bring this up, but since eBay’s system keeps pestering me for a review, here it is. Due to Seller’s admitted error, I received a 4” brass fitting instead of the 4”x25’ drainage hose in the listing’s title. Notably, the brass fitting was shipped in a ridiculously large box. Seller provided an immediate refund (and did not want the mysterious brass fitting returned). I bought the drainage hose from Home Depot and it’s working out great.

    Luster Leaf Lawn PH tester

    Works fine, a bit flimsy even when soil is quite wet. Readings were displayed quick, a little hard to see (not lighted) also readings can vary when you pull the meter out of the soil, so read it while it's inserted. Probed around various spots on the lawn (zone 5) and readings varied 5.5 to 7.3 which is somewhat an unbalance condition. But hoping to correct my lawn problem with soil amendments and the continued use of this meter periodically thru the summer.

    This thing is junk

    Everything looks good and it had good shipping but it doesn't work, you put it in and it balances out at 7 every single time whenever it's moving in the dirt it might get an accurate reading but there's nothing for sure it never locks in a number so I do not recommend it to anybody that wants to know the pH of their soil.. although it may serve as a good cleaning rod for something it is not good for what it was made for

    Very useful, easily read multi-instrument.

    Lot of information from 1 tester and no messing with chemicals and interpreting Litmus papers - truthfully I only use the PH indicator - Nice to have the others though. Made a holder out of conduit to store/protect it. Works great - recommended .
