Even as a total duπba$$, I was treated with politeness and a huge amount of patience. I thought I had ordered a much heavier rod... didn't realise it was carbon so panicked at the weight of the package and thought it was empty. They responded quickly and with a huge amount of grace. The rod was extremely well packaged and in excellent condition. I hang my head in shame. Please feel 100% confident in using this seller.

Contacted the seller because they sent me gold and not purple. I ordered purple in small and they came back saying 'Sorry, these tabs are colour coded per size. So all small tabs will have the same colour you have now'. This is a lie as other archery shops allows you to choose colours and sizes for the same brand. Misleading advert! No effort to refund either.

Item never received as courier left in bin on street that was out for collection. DHL even say this was not approved for delivery. Seller could resolve this with PayPal but no, I wait until 12th May for them to resolve. I have even phoned the seller and also have messages agreeing refund. Very poor company to deal with.
