Tamiya Jagdpanther, one of my faves
Lovely kit. I've built quite a few of these over the years. Easy to build, perfect fit and looks good at the end. Even the rubber band tracks are nice, gluable and fast to install. Hassle-free and a fast build. I've built several of the older Dragon Jagdpanther kits which were also nice, but the indi track links are a bit of a pain. Plus their kits are more expensive, especially the more recent ones. The only aftermarket upgrade to the Tamiya kit I used were Eduard etch engine grills which cost just over £5. Being a late version, no need for zimmerit! I really like this kit and will get another in the future when I feel the Jagdpanther urge again.Lovely kit. Best choice for beginner - easy to build, very detailed.
Typical Tamiya kit - not very much parts, which doesnt affect model quality. Easy to build, without any fitting problems. From the other hand, Tamiya really should think about creating more complex model kits. For the beginner Tamiya kits are the best option, no question about that, but when your modelling skills grow, Tamiya kits are too easy to build, I would even say - they are boring.

Brilliant kit!
Perfect model for first time/new modellers and also a nice refreshing build for more experienced modellers who are used to kits with over 1000 parts. The kit only has 4 sprues so part count is extremely low,instructions are clear and easy to follow and the parts are crisply moulded and only require sanding where the part was joined to the sprue. As with all models from Tamiya its great value and quality. Despite the low part count the kit is still really well detailed and replicates the real tank with great accuracy. I recommend all Tamiya kits for their detail,clear instructions and parts that fit together so snug the need to fill any gaps before painting is extremely unlikely unless an error is made by the person building the kit (Which again is unlikely to happen due to the clear ... Builds into a great Model.
As with all Tamiya models this one went together easily because all the parts fit where they should and with a bit of time and patience builds into a really nice model. Of course these models do not look their best until they have been painted and that can make or break!
