    Took a couple of days to dispatch, but still arrived quickly and safely. Wrapped and bubble bagged for a safe receipt. New item tested before replacement, old clock arms were difficult to fit without some adjusting albeit the item was an exact and identical part. 25 year old kitchen wall clock now as good as new. Note, I stripped the old mechanism cleaned it up and lightly oiled the moving and connected parts and it too is now a working replacement. A* Seller
