Haunted Echoes A Ghost Story
Basically want you see in the title is what you get, a ghost story in the same tradition as The Orphanage, which I didn't think was much cop and The Others, which was okay.Haunted Echoes is much better than The Orphanage and slightly better than The Others.I was mildly surprised once i finished watching the movie. The only thing that I would say is that I would not pay more than a couple of pound for it. Sporadically entertaining low-budget ghost story...
The British director of 1980s Sci-Fi 'Nasty' XTRO returns with a cheap shot on low-end digital video ghost story that has its moments but is somewhat let down by slightly shoddy retro-style optical effects and so-so acting throughout. Enjoyable but could/should have been better.
