The laptop/tablet arrived on time and was well packaged and I was using it straight away. It had been cleaned thoroughly and was in really good condition. The charger was there and worked perfectly as did the detachable keyboard but there was no stylus included. Windows 11 was installed and I set it up and was really happy with it and the screen is brilliant. I am very happy with the purchase and certainly recommend it and the seller.

Very Happy with the purchase and product. The only thing worth noting was the bluetooth capability of the device had not been activated, and appeared initially to be non inclusive after a search was carried out. Resolution was eventually found on YouTube describing how to locate and activate from a base menu. Irritating. but finally resolved.

Item arrived quickly but the screen of the monitor wasn't immaculate as per description but with a small 1 inch scratch on one side of the monitor.
Luckily I make videos of the unboxing just in case I need.
Contacted the seller who was very professional and offered a partial refund that I accepted.

Sent quickly with adequate packaging. Item was NOT as described. The warehouse sent a 65W power brick not a 120W, making the item an expensive paper weight. I have been refunded as they didn't have the correct brick in stock. Having tried to source one, it seems impossible to get hold of one. I then subsequently got an offer notification offering the same item from the same seller with the right power brick. Can't tell if this is illicit practice or mugging me off. Buy with caution.

The surface pro 5 was exactly as described with slight ware and dents. The item was delivered very promptly and we'll packaged. Communication with the seller was prompt and helpful. The item is a present for my daughter to replace her previous older surface pro and I'm sure she will be delighted.
