Please do not waste your money. The lights flash between 10 - 15 times then goes off. which is infuriating to keep bending to press in on these dark nights or think your dog has disappeared in the field if off lead in the dark. Zero rating. Also seller sends notification that parcel has arrived 24hours before it's posted through your letter box.

Useless product , all 4 have the same fault , they turn off with the movement of the dog within 30 seconds . Trying to return them is a nightmare , no real return label ( pre-paid , or tracked) , but just an address . I have left Ebay to sort this out with this supplier who seems not to understand English , or Ebay rules on returns !

Scammer seller, sold a defective items and falsely claims to have sent a postage return label which locks you into a cycle of emails offering just an address for returns with no postage until the clock runs down, they do not offer easy returns policy as claimed buyers BEWARE you will not get your money back. Read other customer’s feedback too. An exploited eBay loophole.

avoid this seller I told him to send me number 34 but the difference in color is so big I upload a picture the seller said it is normal to have a small difference in colors from the picture but look at the picture this is not a small difference it is huge avoid !! I told him that what he sent me is number 35 and he replied no what I sent is number 34. But I recognize colors unlike the seller

I ordered an item. It was posted quickly but didn't turn up. I contacted the seller who confirmed despatch. I received a notice from royal mail to say I needed to pay £7 because postage was under paid (dimensions exceeded). This amount includes the handling penalty. I informed and chased up the seller several times but refuses to respond. I think I have now tried to resolve from my side, so this is my bad review of this seller!
