Its 132 pages are full of interesting comments on both the photos and the era up to closure in 1959 of the M&GN Joint Railway. A useful pair of maps on the inside covers gives a good understanding of the M&GN layout and its Express Train connection from Yarmouth Beach to Leicester and Birmingham.
