Quick delivery by helpful courier, outer packaging slightly damaged, contents OK. A bit disappointed with the mower which replaces a BMC Lawnracer. The electric starter is barely up to the job and cold starting has to be done by hand. This may be because there is No Throttle, all engines start better from cold on 3/4 throttle setting. Apart from that it is OK but doesn't seem to have the same power and willingness as the old Lawnracer.

Not as good as the BMC Lawnracer it replaced
Hard to start from cold, there is no throttle control and the battery mounting is a bit shoogly. The battery has no charge condition lights but I find it works OK if you press it into its contacts when starting. Now that I've got used to it I'm quite happy with it ; the grass box design is excellent, you can lift it out with one hand instead of having to wiggle it out from under the handles. It seems to be more rugged and better made than the Lawnracer, I hope it will last longer.Hard to start from cold, there is no throttle control and the battery mounting is a bit shoogly.
